STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Ruijie Networks Terms and Conditions:

  • RUIJIE Cloud can oversee and monitor an unlimited number of Access Points, Switches, and Gateways on both desktop and mobile applications.
  • Ruijie offers a three-year limited warranty according to their Standard Warranty Terms. For more details, visit: https://www.ruijienetworks.com/support/Service_38.
  • Licenses and subscriptions ordered will commence immediately upon receipt from the principal or manufacturer. TECHONE is not responsible for any incomplete subscriptions due to delays in payments, deployments, or registrations by the reseller or end-user.

 TechOne Warranty and Support Conditions:

  • All product warranties are subject to the manufacturer's standard warranty terms and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process. Any products replaced under this warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only.
  • Remote Configuration Support Assistance will be charged based on a per man-hour fee, with a minimum of 4 man-hours, depending on the scope of work. Onsite Configuration Support Assistance will be charged based on a per man-day fee, with a minimum of 1 man-day, also depending on the scope of work. For provincial deployments, the client will be responsible for the cost of transportation, fare, food, and, if necessary, lodging for the technical personnel.
  • Basic Support Assistance (appliances must be under warranty to get support coverage)
    • Basic Email 8x5 (during office hours, excluding holiday)

    • Basic Warranty Support (standard RMA process – 30 days up to 90 days).
  • Any initial remote or onsite configuration will be covered by a warranty for one (1) week from the date of the User Acceptance Test (UAT).
  • Service units are available only under Advanced or Premium Support Assistance, and additional support fees will apply.

TechOne General Terms and Conditions:

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. PLEASE RECONFIRM BEFORE ORDERING.
  • The prices listed are based on a 12% Value Added Tax (VAT). In the event of any changes to the tax rate, the initially quoted prices may be revised accordingly.
  • Prices are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of the quotation.
  • Payment terms will follow the existing credit terms and credit limit provided by TechOne.
  • For Projects: Payment terms will be 50% down payment upon delivery | 40% progress payment | 10% upon completion.
  • All invoices from TechOne must be paid by the client according to the agreed payment terms on the invoice date, unless otherwise stated in writing by TechOne. In case of late payment, TechOne may charge interest on the outstanding amount, both before and after judgment. Additionally, for invoices not paid within one day of the due date, TechOne may impose a 3.0% monthly penalty on the outstanding amount until fully paid.
  • TechOne will charge a restocking fee of 100% of the total Global List Price for any cancelled or returned orders, including 100% of the total Global List Price for registered subscriptions and licenses.
  • TechOne is not liable for any claims arising from the performance, non-performance, delays in delivery, or defects in the goods, nor for any special, indirect, economic, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or revenue, whether due to negligence or otherwise in connection with the supply, functioning, or use of the goods. The client agrees to fully indemnify TechOne Telecommunication Services, Corp. against any liability to third parties arising from the client's use of the goods
  • Delivery lead times will begin upon acceptance of the Purchase Order and other requirements.
    • Manila Delivery Lead Time (during normal business operations, excluding force majeure):
      • On-stock items: 7 working days
      • Out-of-stock items: 45 to 90 working days
  • Provincial Delivery Lead Time (during normal business operations, excluding force majeure):
      • On-stock items: 20 working days
      • Out-of-stock items: 45 to 100 working days
  • Force Majeure: TechOne will not be liable for any delays or failure to perform under this proposal caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions or regulations, war or national emergency, accidents, fires, lightning, riots, strikes, lockouts, epidemics, pandemics, or industrial disputes (whether or not involving TechOne’s employees).
